Day 1 (Monday) - arrive San Jose

Your tour will begin in San Jose, the urban capital of Costa Rica.

You will be picked up at the airport in San Jose and transported to your hotel.  Monday evening will be an informal time to get to know other members of the tour.

Around the hotel you will see Blue-gray Tanagers and Clay-colored Robins (the Costa Rican national bird).  With luck you might also spot a Blue-crowned Motmot.
